Our primary document management software is “Alchemy” by OpenText which we use in our offices, but we provide digital files for importation and integration into all kinds of industry specific software including EMRs (Electronic Medical Record systems). We also offer a “scan on demand” solution which allows our customers to store documents at our facility and only image those that are needed as they are needed.
Our facility is secured, controlled entry, and monitored 24 hours per day. We have fire suppression.
Our staff have undergone background checks and we are an active member Washington State Drug Free business.
Our IT department follows strict security protocols that exceed industry standards.
If requested, we utilize a state of the art cross cut shredder and issue a certificate of destruction after conversion. Shredded paper is recycled to reduce what goes into our landfills.
